Job Details
  Receives incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate officer.
Receives and ushers visitors/clients to the appropriate offices as required.
Receives telephone messages, letters, packages and arranges delivery to the person concerned.
Provides accurate and timely information both on the telephone as well as to visitors/clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Performs other related duties as directed.
